Additionally, we prioritize environmentally friendly transport by aligning with the existing routes of our logistics partner. This means that your products are first picked up from the factory, after which a route plan is created, and you will receive a proposed delivery date accordingly.

Large furniture items shipped via freight are delivered to the apartment within Germany. The products will be unpacked, assembled, and the packaging will be taken away. The delivery costs for this are included in your offer.

For smaller furniture and accessories, self-pickup is possible directly from the Munich showroom by prior arrangement. Otherwise, these items will be shipped as a package. The shipping costs depend on the size and will be calculated at the time of the order.

International deliveries are possible. We are happy to provide the delivery costs upon request. Please note that in this case, we can only guarantee delivery to the doorstep, not into the apartment, as we rely on third-party shipping partners.

All One House sofas are equipped with a spring core, providing a stable seating experience. Therefore, One House sofas are generally categorized as firmer.

Just like with a box spring bed, the spring core has the property of returning to its original shape. The surface automatically becomes even again after getting up. Additionally, by consciously avoiding the use of down feathers, the sofa retains its shape over a long period of time.

We use only solid woods for the entire frame of the sofa, so you can comfortably sit on the edge and place weight on it without any issues.

All of our sofa upholstery fabrics are made from 100% acrylic fiber. These so-called High Performance Fabrics have been in use for years in the outdoor sector. Due to their soft surface, they are also perfect for indoor use and have already proven themselves in the furnishing of yachts and sailboats.

We highly appreciate the positive qualities of these fabrics, as the surface is 100% stain-resistant. Larger accidents, such as spills of coffee or red wine, can be cleaned with a little cleaning solution. The fibers themselves do not absorb liquids. So, the upholstery fabrics are not just impregnated, but are naturally versatile and extremely easy to care for.

No. Since all the upholstery fabrics are easy to clean and stains can be removed directly on the sofa, there is no need to remove the covers.

This also ensures that the shape of the sofa is preserved, and the seams don't distort after cleaning.

It is recommended to vacuum the fabric regularly to remove dirt from corners and crevices. Make sure to use the correct attachment (a soft upholstery nozzle) and keep the suction power low to avoid distorting the fabric or creating waves.

Additionally, the entire surface of the upholstered furniture should be wiped down occasionally with a damp cloth. For cleaning, it’s best to use lukewarm water and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.

Use the One House cleaning kit or a similar upholstery cleaning product:

1. Spray the cleaning solution generously (not just directly on the stain) onto the fabric and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
2. For stubborn stains, gently work the cleaning solution into the fabric in both directions with a brush and let the foam sit for another 5 minutes.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and remove any excess cleaning solution and water with a lint-free, clean, white cotton cloth.
4. If necessary, repeat the process.
5. Allow the fabric to dry properly afterward.

Yes, reordering individual parts is possible. Due to the lightfastness and easy-care properties of the fabrics, as well as the stable seating comfort, it’s no problem to add modules later on. They will seamlessly blend into the existing sofa.

No. All One House sofas are not sleeper sofas in the traditional sense. They cannot be pulled out or converted. However, the sofas can still be used as a great sleeping space—such as for guests. The surface of our tables is finely sanded multiple times and then sealed with a hard wax coating. This is followed by a special oil treatment, making the table highly resistant to stains while maintaining its texture and appearance.

On the underside, there are relief grooves, as well as a reinforcement in the center of the table to prevent warping of the wood. Additionally, there is a preparation for mounting the table legs on the underside.

Wood is naturally not water-resistant and can be quite vulnerable. Only through our special treatment with a hard wax seal and natural oil does the desired surface structure form. This makes the dining table family-friendly and particularly easy to care for. Simply wiping it down with a bit of grease-cutting dish soap is usually sufficient. If stains can't be removed, the last resort is to sand down the surface and treat it with the appropriate oil. For this, it's best to use our wood care set, which you can find in our online shop.

The European oak woods are characterized by their natural grain, making each table a unique piece. Knot holes are present, as you can see in the sample images on our website. It is inherent to the material that we cannot guarantee an exact pattern.

Due to our production processes, it is not possible to see the tabletop in advance. However, the images on our website provide a good impression of how the tables look.
