Our warranty applies under the conditions outlined below and is an additional benefit we offer, in addition to the legal warranty. Therefore, the warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The warranty covers material and workmanship defects on all items in our ONE HOUSE collection and guarantees that we will repair any potential defects or replace the product within the warranty period.
HOW DO YOU MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
Warranty claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect and no later than the end of the warranty period at the One House store where you originally purchased the item. Please present the purchase receipt so we can verify the location and time of your product purchase or delivery. For insurance purposes, we may request a defect documentation, such as photos or similar images, or ask you to return the product for further inspection.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
- General wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or other damage caused by improper use, accidents, impacts, or external damage, and discoloration due to improper use or handling.
- Damage and discoloration caused by lack of or incorrect care according to the ONE HOUSE care instructions.
- Products that have been improperly stored, assembled, or used, misused, or modified, as well as products exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations or direct sunlight, or stored in an unsuitable environment (e.g., outdoors or in damp environments like a bathroom).

WHAT STEPS DO WE TAKE TO ELIMINATE THE DEFECT?
When you file a claim, our ONE HOUSE customer support will investigate the issue and determine if it is covered by the warranty. We will then decide whether the defect can be repaired or if the item needs to be replaced. ONE HOUSE reserves the right to determine the necessary actions in the case of a justified claim and will cover the costs for replacing or repairing defective parts. If the originally purchased product is no longer available, ONE HOUSE will choose an appropriate replacement product. If the defect can be repaired, the repair will be carried out by ONE HOUSE or a partner selected by ONE HOUSE using the necessary means. This resolves the defect without further possibility of a price reduction or other compensation.
