One House ist nicht nur ein Familienunternehmen, sondern vor allem eine eigenständige Möbelmarke mit dem Fokus auf Dutch Design, made in Germany. An mittlerweile mehreren Standorten werden in deutschen Handwerksbetrieben hergestellte Möbel direkt an Kunden vertrieben, ohne Händlernetzwerk und ohne unnötige Margen zu fairen Preisen.

Produktion mit Haltung – Made in Germany
Wir haben uns ganz bewusst für eine Produktion in Deutschland entschieden. Nicht als Marketing-Versprechen, sondern weil es für uns der ehrlichste Weg ist. Es ermöglicht uns, in engem Kontakt mit unseren Partnern zu stehen, regelmäßig vor Ort zu sein und die Verantwortung für jedes Produkt, das unser Haus verlässt, auch wirklich zu übernehmen.
„Made in Europe“ war uns nie genug. Wir wollten wissen: Wer fertigt unsere Möbel? Woher kommen die Materialien? Wie sieht der Alltag in der Werkstatt aus? Unsere Produktionspartner sind kleine bis mittelgroße Betriebe mit hohen Qualitätsstandards, viel Erfahrung und einer klaren Haltung – genau wie wir. Diese Nähe macht uns flexibel, transparent und gibt uns die Möglichkeit, individuelle Kundenwünsche schnell und unkompliziert umzusetzen.

Every product at One House is thought through and developed from the first line on white paper to the final completion. Genuine Amsterdam design and feasibility in production result in unique, sustainable furniture that will bring joy for generations.
A true family business since 2015
One House is – and will remain – a family business. We have no investors, no marketing construct, no franchise. We are Jan-Willem and Katharina. Entrepreneurs, parents, and designers. Our everyday life is shaped by responsibility – for our team, our partners, and our customers. We make our own decisions. And we stand by them.
This independence gives us freedom. The freedom to set fair prices, without hidden markups. The freedom to work only with people who share our values. And the freedom to develop our company at exactly the pace that feels right – for us and for everyone who's part of it.
Timeline
Our vision
Our roots are in Munich, but our vision extends far beyond the Bavarian borders. In recent years, we've created new locations with showrooms in Hamburg and Berlin where our furniture can be experienced. Direct contact is important to us – because design must be tangible. You have to touch it, sit down, and see the details.
We're planning to open additional locations in the DACH region in the coming years. We want to further develop our collection, create new models, and improve existing designs, always maintaining a balance between aesthetics and everyday use, between sophistication and usability. Our strength lies in the German-speaking region—this is where our signature is most clearly felt. But who knows where the journey will lead.
