Modern Rugs

The optimal rug size depends on the room, but also on your individual preferences and desired aesthetic. For a living room rug, it looks harmonious if at least the front feet of the seating furniture are on the rug. This can create a cozy atmosphere. In the bedroom, the bed and bedside tables should be on the rug so that when you get up, you step onto the soft surface and not the cold floor. Therefore, pay attention to the size of the desired model when ordering.

Our modern Mod rugs are durable and easy to care for and will bring you many years of enjoyment. To keep the rug clean, regular, gentle vacuuming is important to remove dust and dirt. Once a year or in case of heavy soiling, a deep cleaning with a carpet cleaner is recommended.

Whether patterned, plain or textured: rug trends come and go. That's why we recommend choosing timeless classics when buying a rug, which you will enjoy for years. Very striking and colorful pieces quickly lose their appeal and have to be replaced, which is bad for your wallet. That's why at One House we focus on elegant colors such as Ash, Silk and Brick. Our rugs in blob and brick shapes, which make any room more interesting and modern, are particularly popular at the moment.
