Delivery times for sofas are usually 8-10 weeks. However, unplanned delays can occur from time to time (e.g. shortage of raw materials, illness, etc.). In this case, we will inform you individually about the current planned delivery time.

We also attach great importance to transport that is as environmentally friendly as possible and therefore join existing routes of our logistics partner. This means that your products are first picked up from the factory, a route plan is then created and only then do you receive a suggested delivery date.

We firmly believe that we offer solid, high-quality products. We therefore offer a 5-year guarantee on all furniture. This does not apply to accessories and sofa upholstery fabrics. Further information, including on the subject of the guarantee, can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

The entire collection can be seen in our showroom in Munich. A slightly smaller selection of our furniture is also on display in Hamburg and Berlin. For more information, just contact us (hello@onehouse.de).

We deliver large furniture that is sent by freight forwarding to your home within Germany. There, the products are unpacked, assembled and the packaging is taken away again. The delivery costs for this are included in your offer.

For small furniture and accessories, you can collect them directly from the Munich showroom by prior arrangement. Otherwise, they will be sent as a package. The costs for this depend on the size and will be calculated when you order.

Deliveries abroad are possible. We will be happy to calculate the delivery costs on request. Please note that in this case we can only guarantee delivery to your front door, not to your home, as we are dependent on third-party shipping partners.

All One House sofas have a spring core built in, which ensures a stable seating feeling. One House sofas can therefore be categorised as rather firm.

As is the case with box spring beds, the spring core has the ability to always return to its original shape. The surface automatically becomes straight again every time you get up.

Since we also deliberately avoid using down feathers, the sofa retains its shape for a long time.

We only use solid wood for the entire base of the sofa, so that you can easily sit on the edge and put weight on it.

All of our upholstery fabrics for sofas are made of 100% acrylic fiber. These so-called high-performance fabrics have been used in the outdoor sector for years. However, their soft surface also makes them ideal for indoor use and they have already established themselves in the furnishing of yachts and sailing boats, for example.

We also really appreciate the positive properties of the fabrics, because the surface is 100% stain-resistant. This means that even major spills, such as coffee or red wine, can be removed with a little cleaning agent. The fiber itself cannot absorb liquids. The upholstery fabrics are therefore not simply impregnated, but are true all-rounders and extremely easy to care for.

No. Since all upholstery fabrics are easy to clean and stains can be removed directly from the sofa, there is no need to remove them.

In this way, we also ensure that the shape of the sofa is retained and that the seams do not warp after cleaning.

It is advisable to vacuum the fabric at regular intervals to remove dirt from corners and gaps. Make sure to use the right attachment (soft upholstery nozzle) and keep the suction power low to avoid warping of the fabric and the formation of ripples.

In addition, the entire surface of the upholstered furniture should be wiped down with a damp cloth from time to time. It is best to use lukewarm water and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth for cleaning.

To do this, use the One House cleaning kit or a similar product suitable for cleaning upholstered furniture:

• Spray the cleaning agent onto the fabric over a large area (not just on the spot) and allow it to work for about 5 minutes
• For stubborn stains, gently massage the cleaning agent in both directions with the brush and allow the foam to work for another 5 minutes
• Then rinse well with clean water and remove excess detergent and water with a lint-free, clean, white cotton cloth
• If necessary, repeat several times
• Allow the area to dry thoroughly afterwards

A service team will then come to your home at a time that suits you and clean your entire sofa. Small and large stains can be removed without any problem and the sofa will shine like new.

Yes. All sofa modules have a device for the sofa connector on the underside. This can be used to connect all elements (except the stool) to one another.

Yes, reordering is possible. Due to the lightfastness and easy-care nature of the fabrics as well as the stable seating comfort, it is no problem to add modules later. These will fit seamlessly into the existing sofa.

No. All sofas from One House are not sofa beds in the traditional sense. They cannot be pulled out or modified. However, the sofas can still be used as a place to sleep - for example for guests. Depending on the configuration and/or combination with a stool, a lying area can be "built". Just talk to us about this (hello@onehouse.de).

The surface of our tables is finely sanded several times and then sealed with a hard wax seal. This is followed by a special treatment with oil so that the table is extremely stain-resistant and does not lose its feel and appearance.

There are relief grooves on the underside and a reinforcement in the middle of the table to prevent the wood from warping. There is also a mounting preparation for the table legs on the underside.

All available frames can be seen in our online shop. The One House wing feet are available in black (steel), white (steel) and oak.

Wood is not naturally water-repellent and is actually very vulnerable. Only through our special treatment with hard wax seal and natural oil does the desired surface structure emerge. This makes the dining table absolutely family-friendly and particularly easy to care for. Simply wiping it down with a little grease-dissolving detergent is therefore completely sufficient. If stains cannot be removed, the last resort is always to sand the surface and treat it with an appropriate oil. The best way to do this is to use our wood care set. You can find this in the online shop.

The European oak woods are characterized by their natural grain, which makes each table unique. There are knotholes, as can be seen from the sample images on our website. It is in the nature of things that a guarantee for an exact pattern cannot be given.

Due to our production processes, it is not possible to see the top in advance. However, the pictures on our website give you a good idea of ​​what the tables look like.
