Delivery time for sofas is usually 8-10 weeks. However, unplanned delays can occur from time to time (e.g. raw material shortages, staff illness, etc.). In that case, we will let you know personally about the currently planned delivery time.

To avoid extra trips, we join existing routes of our logistics partner. This means your products are first picked up at the factory, then a route is planned, and only after that will you receive a proposed delivery date.

We firmly believe in offering solid, high-quality products. That's why we provide a 5-year guarantee on all furniture. Accessories and sofa upholstery fabrics are excluded. You'll find more information, including on statutory warranty, in our Terms and Conditions.

The entire collection can be viewed in our showroom in Munich. A slightly smaller selection of our furniture is also on display in Hamburg. For more information, please contact us (hello@onehouse.de).

Yes, within Germany, delivery to your apartment is possible – depending on the selected shipping method:

Free Standard Delivery (Curbside)
We deliver your furniture to the curb for free. You are then responsible for transporting it into your apartment.

Premium Delivery (€149) incl. Assembly & Packaging Disposal
We deliver your furniture directly to the desired room, assemble it professionally, and then take the packaging with us.

For small furniture and accessories, self-pickup directly from the Munich showroom is possible by prior arrangement. Otherwise, these will be sent as a package. The costs for this depend on the scope and will be calculated upon order.

Deliveries abroad are possible. We are happy to calculate the delivery costs on request. Please note that in this case we can only guarantee delivery to your front door, not into your home, as we rely on third-party freight partners.

All One House sofas have built-in spring cores for a stable seating feel. One House sofas can therefore be categorized as on the firmer side.

Just like in a box spring bed, the spring core always returns to its original shape. So the surface automatically levels out again every time you get up.

And since we deliberately avoid using down feathers, the sofa keeps its shape for a long time.

We use only solid wood for the entire base of the sofa, so you can sit on the edge and put weight on it without any problem.

All of our sofa upholstery fabrics are made of 100% acrylic fiber. These so-called high-performance fabrics have proven themselves for years in demanding conditions. Thanks to their soft surface, they are also perfectly suited for indoor use and are already well established, for example, in the interiors of yachts and sailboats.

We also love the fabrics' great properties, because the surface is 100% stain-resistant. Even bigger mishaps, like coffee or red wine, can be removed with a little cleaning agent. The fiber itself cannot absorb liquids. So the fabrics are not simply impregnated, they are true all-rounders by nature and extremely easy to care for.

No. Since all upholstery fabrics are easy to clean and stains can be removed directly on the sofa, there is no need to remove the covers.

This also ensures that the sofa keeps its shape and that the seams do not warp after cleaning.

We recommend vacuuming the fabric at regular intervals to remove dirt from corners and gaps as well. Make sure to use the right attachment (soft upholstery nozzle) and keep the suction power low to prevent the fabric from stretching or forming ripples.

In addition, the entire surface of the upholstered furniture should be wiped with a damp cloth from time to time. For cleaning, it is best to use lukewarm water and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.

Use the One House cleaning kit or a similar product suitable for cleaning upholstered furniture:

• Spray the cleaner over a large area of the fabric (not just on the stain) and let it work for about 5 minutes
• For stubborn stains, gently massage the cleaner in both directions with the brush and let the foam work for another 5 minutes
• Then rinse thoroughly with clear water and remove excess cleaner and water with a clean, lint-free white cotton cloth
• Repeat several times if necessary
• Finally, let the area dry completely

If none of the products help, or the stain has been on the sofa too long, a professional cleaning will do the trick. You can easily book it with us online. At an individual appointment that suits you, a service team will come to your home and clean your entire sofa. Small and large stains can be removed with ease, and your sofa will look as good as new.

Yes. All sofa modules have a fitting for the sofa connector on the underside. It lets you connect all elements (except the ottoman) to each other.

Yes, you can reorder. Thanks to the lightfastness and easy care of the fabrics and the stable seating comfort, adding modules later is no problem. They will blend seamlessly into your existing sofa.

No. One House sofas are not sofa beds in the classic sense. They cannot be pulled out or converted. However, they still work great as a place to sleep, for example for guests. Depending on the configuration and/or combination with an ottoman, you can "build" a lying surface. Just get in touch with us (hello@onehouse.de).

The surface of our tables is finely sanded several times and then sealed with hardwax. This is followed by a special oil treatment, making the table highly stain-resistant without losing its feel or look.

The underside features relief grooves, and there is a reinforcement in the middle of the table to prevent the wood from warping. The underside is also pre-drilled for mounting the table legs.

All available frames can be found in our online shop. The One House wing legs are available in black (steel), white (steel) and oak.

Wood is naturally not water-repellent and actually quite delicate. Only our special treatment with a hardwax seal and natural oil creates the desired surface. This makes the dining table truly family-friendly and especially easy to care for. Simply wiping it with a little grease-dissolving dish soap is all it takes. If stains won't come off, as a last resort you can always sand the surface and re-treat it with a suitable oil. For this, we recommend our wood care kit, which you can find in our online shop.

European oak is known for its natural grain, which makes every table unique. There are knotholes, as you can see in the sample images on our website. By its very nature, we cannot guarantee an exact pattern.

Due to our production processes, it is not possible to see the tabletop in advance. However, the images on our website give you a good impression of how the tables look.
