The delivery times for sofas are usually 8-10 weeks. However, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur (e.g., raw material shortages, staff absences due to illness, etc.). In such cases, we will inform you individually about the current estimated delivery time.

Additionally, we prioritize environmentally friendly transport by aligning with the existing routes of our logistics partner. This means that your products are first picked up from the factory, after which a route plan is created, and you will receive a proposed delivery date accordingly.

We are firmly convinced of offering solid and high-quality products. Therefore, we provide a 5-year warranty on all furniture. This excludes accessories and upholstery fabrics of the sofas. For more information, including details on warranty, please refer to our terms and conditions.

For smaller furniture and accessories, self-pickup is possible directly from the Munich showroom by prior arrangement. Otherwise, these items will be shipped as a package. The shipping costs depend on the size and will be calculated at the time of the order.

International deliveries are possible. We are happy to provide the delivery costs upon request. Please note that in this case, we can only guarantee delivery to the doorstep, not into the apartment, as we rely on third-party shipping partners.

All One House sofas are equipped with a spring core, providing a stable seating experience. Therefore, One House sofas are generally categorized as firmer.

Just like with a box spring bed, the spring core has the property of returning to its original shape. The surface automatically becomes even again after getting up. Additionally, by consciously avoiding the use of down feathers, the sofa retains its shape over a long period of time.

We use only solid woods for the entire frame of the sofa, so you can comfortably sit on the edge and place weight on it without any issues.

All of our sofa upholstery fabrics are made from 100% acrylic fiber. These so-called High Performance Fabrics have been in use for years in the outdoor sector. Due to their soft surface, they are also perfect for indoor use and have already proven themselves in the furnishing of yachts and sailboats.

No. Since all the upholstery fabrics are easy to clean and stains can be removed directly on the sofa, there is no need to remove the covers.

This also ensures that the shape of the sofa is preserved, and the seams don't distort after cleaning.

It is recommended to vacuum the fabric regularly to remove dirt from corners and crevices. Make sure to use the correct attachment (a soft upholstery nozzle) and keep the suction power low to avoid distorting the fabric or creating waves.

Additionally, the entire surface of the upholstered furniture should be wiped down occasionally with a damp cloth. For cleaning, it’s best to use lukewarm water and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.

Use the One House cleaning kit or a similar upholstery cleaning product:

1. Spray the cleaning solution generously (not just directly on the stain) onto the fabric and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
2. For stubborn stains, gently work the cleaning solution into the fabric in both directions with a brush and let the foam sit for another 5 minutes.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and remove any excess cleaning solution and water with a lint-free, clean, white cotton cloth.
4. If necessary, repeat the process.
5. Allow the fabric to dry properly afterward.

At a convenient, individual time, a service team will come to your home and clean your entire sofa. Both small and large stains can be easily removed, and your sofa will look like new.

Yes. All sofa modules have a mechanism on the underside for the sofa connector. This allows all elements (except for the ottoman) to be connected to each other.

Yes, reordering individual parts is possible. Due to the lightfastness and easy-care properties of the fabrics, as well as the stable seating comfort, it’s no problem to add modules later on. They will seamlessly blend into the existing sofa.

No. All One House sofas are not sleeper sofas in the traditional sense. They cannot be pulled out or converted. However, the sofas can still be used as a great sleeping space—such as for guests. The surface of our tables is finely sanded several times and then sealed with a hard wax seal. This is followed by a special treatment with oil so that the table is extremely stain-resistant and does not lose its feel and appearance.

There are relief grooves on the underside and a reinforcement in the middle of the table to prevent the wood from warping. There is also a mounting preparation for the table legs on the underside.

Wood is not naturally water-repellent and is actually very vulnerable. Only through our special treatment with hard wax seal and natural oil does the desired surface structure emerge. This makes the dining table absolutely family-friendly and particularly easy to care for. Simply wiping it down with a little grease-dissolving detergent is therefore completely sufficient. If stains cannot be removed, the last resort is always to sand the surface and treat it with an appropriate oil. The best way to do this is to use our wood care set. You can find this in the online shop.

The European oak woods are characterized by their natural grain, which makes each table unique. There are knotholes, as can be seen from the sample images on our website. It is in the nature of things that a guarantee for an exact pattern cannot be given.

Due to our production processes, it is not possible to see the top in advance. However, the pictures on our website give you a good idea of ​​what the tables look like.
