Return and exchange policy
At ONE HOUSE, we place great importance on the quality of our furniture. Each piece of furniture is checked with the utmost care to ensure that you receive only the best. We strongly recommend that you also check your furniture thoroughly upon receipt. However, if you are not satisfied or have a complaint, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of ONE HOUSE apply.
General information on returns
Please do not return any goods yourself. We will coordinate the collection of the goods with you. To coordinate the collection or if you have any questions, please contact our customer service:

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from a non-standard delivery method), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any costs for this refund.
The refund may be refused until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to unnecessary handling of the goods.
Cancellation policy
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Non-stock goods such as upholstered furniture, dining tables, carpets, and other products that are made to order or tailored to your personal requirements, as well as goods that were viewed and purchased in a showroom, are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Legal entities under public law, special funds under public law, or entrepreneurs acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity have no statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered in a single order or if a good is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the period begins with the receipt of the last good, partial shipment, or last piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us (ONE HOUSE, Pestalozzistrasse 40A, 80469 Munich / +49 (0) 89 74038505 / hello@onehouse.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
