Interchangeable elements
Our chairs offer the option of changing the covers on both the seat and backrest. This means you can adapt the design to your interior at any time without having to buy a new chair.
Easy-care fabrics
Our upholstery fabrics are made from raw materials manufactured in Germany and woven in France. They are made from pure (partially recycled) acrylic fiber and are characterized by high durability, washability, robustness and easy care. These fabrics are almost pill-free and retain their color despite direct exposure to light. These positive properties are combined with a soft surface to provide pleasant comfort.
Easy cleaning
In order to enjoy the chair for as long as possible, it should only be used properly. Light dirt and spilled liquids should be dabbed as quickly as possible with a damp cloth, avoiding vigorous rubbing. If there is large or very heavy soiling, to be on the safe side, arrange for professional cleaning.
Recycled material
If you choose your chair in Heritage fabric, it will be made from a 50/50 mix of recycled and new fibers, offering a handwoven look with natural variety in the yarn.

Customer's own fabric possible
Can't find what you're looking for in our selection of fabrics? No problem. We are also happy to use customer-specific fabrics on our furniture. These can be from other manufacturers such as Kvadrat, Rohi and co. or simply a different color from our existing collection.

Cycle
In order to work as sustainably as possible, we try to return used but flawless parts to the cycle. You can order the parts you want here and use the packaging after receiving them to send your used parts back to us. The individual materials, such as fabric cover, foam and wood, are then checked by us for signs of wear and reusability and, in the best case, are given a second life. Depending on the condition, you will receive a voucher from us in return.

A wide range of colours and textures in easy-care and robust fabrics is available for all One House upholstered furniture. All fabrics, regardless of category, are stain-resistant and easy to clean without sacrificing softness and elegance.
