Despite our made-to-order policy, there are always sofas that are pre-produced. But then plans change, and we have individual pieces left over. This Bolder sofa is a finished sofa, upholstered in a fabric that will no longer be part of our collection. It is in completely new condition. It is a 2.5-seater with an armrest on the left and a 3-seater with an armrest on the left, which can be combined in two different sizes.
Fabric Arc Lead, Category C
Arc is a heavy and particularly comfortable fabric with soft textures that creates a modern look. The color Lead is a bold gray-anthracite.

Easy-care fabrics
Our upholstery fabrics are made from raw materials produced in Germany and woven in France. They consist of pure (partially recycled) acrylic fibers, known for their high durability, washability, robustness, and easy care. These fabrics are nearly pill-free and retain their color even under direct exposure to light. Combined with a soft surface, they provide exceptional comfort.
EASY CLEANING
To maintain the positive qualities of the fabric and enjoy your sofa for years, we recommend regular cleaning with the upholstery attachment of your vacuum cleaner. Light dirt or spilled liquids should be gently dabbed with a damp cloth—avoid rubbing too hard. For larger areas or heavy soiling, it is best to hire a professional cleaner.
RECYCLED MATERIAL
The Heritage fabric is made from a 50/50 mix of recycled and new fibers, giving a handwoven appearance with natural variations in the yarn. The recycled content comes from waste from customer cutting tables, as well as fiber, yarn, and fabric waste from the production plant. This waste is sorted by color, recycled back to its fiber state, and then mixed with new fibers before manufacturing. Due to the recycled nature of the fabric, slight color variations between batches and visible “knots” may occur. These are not defects but part of the fabric’s unique character.

We are happy to upholster our furniture with customer-specific fabrics, whether from third-party manufacturers such as Kvadrat, Rohi & Co., or simply a different color from our existing collection. Is the sofa soft or hard upholstered?
All One House sofas have a spring core built in, which ensures a stable seating feeling. One House sofas can therefore be categorised as rather firm. This makes them durable and they retain their shape over a long period of time.
Are there different feet to choose from?
Yes. With the Bolder sofa you can choose between oak feet or black lacquered oak feet. The modern sofa appears light and weightless thanks to the elegant, high feet.
Is the frame of the sofa stable?
We only use solid wood for the entire base of the Bolder sofa, so that you can sit on the edge and put weight on it without any problems. The modular sofa can be combined in different ways and offers the same level of comfort all around.
