RETURNS
For details on product-specific return policies, please check our GTC.
Our chairs are made from high-quality materials with the greatest possible care. We stand behind this with our commitment to quality and therefore offer an extended 5-year guarantee.
Our chairs let you swap the seat and back cushions. That way you can adapt the design to your interior at any time without having to buy a new chair.
For our upholstered furniture, we use high-performance fabrics from the brand Sunbrella. They are entirely manufactured in France and consist of 100% acrylic. This means that the stain-resistant property is directly embedded in the fiber, not just applied superficially. Unlike conventional polyester fabrics, Sunbrella fabrics are significantly more durable, absolutely colorfast, and dimensionally stable (they do not stretch out and hardly form wrinkles).
Here you can find more information about the fabrics or you can directly order fabric samples to test them at home. Read more about our Heritage Collection, which is 50% recycled acrylic fibers.
